Drama Editorial Review
JULIA BLU RAY TWILIGHT TIME is a chilling and poignant story set against the backdrop of pre-WWII Europe. Based on Lillian Hellman's Pentamento, the film revolves around two childhood friends, Vanessa Redgrave's Julia and Jane Fonda's Lilly, who reunite as adults amidst the rise of Nazi power. While Lilly becomes successful as a writer, Julia goes underground to resist the Nazis. The film skillfully alludes to the power that engulfs the setting and creates an unforgettable panorama of the destruction of European cultures. Directed by Fred Zinnemann, JULIA BLU RAY TWILIGHT TIME is a must-watch for those who love powerful storytelling and beautiful filmmaking.
