Nexomon Extinction is a fantastic game that offers a new perspective on the classic Pokémon formula. The storyline is refreshing with a touch of humor but has a darker tone. The game uses the Unity engine and offers a good mix of creativity with the Nexomon creature designs. Although there is no difficulty mode option, the game progresses in difficulty as you progress through the storyline. Nexomon abilities cannot be used outside of battle like in Pokémon, but the gameplay is still entertaining and enjoyable. Overall, the game is worth the price for those who enjoy the monster-collecting genre.
