The brewing process is relatively easy to follow, and the end result is a smooth and delicious cup of cold brew coffee that can last refrigerated for up to two weeks. However, replacement parts for this commercial coffee maker may be hard to come by and need to be purchased directly from the manufacturer. Also, the strainer bag is no longer included in the set.
