The Graphtech Acoustic Comp. Martin Style PS-9110-00 claims to offer superior transmission of acoustic vibration compared to bone and ivory. However, customers have found several flaws in the manufacturing process and poor quality control. The saddle has noticeable mold pits and flares at the bottom which require filing/sanding for a proper fit. Some customers also received the product with dents. Despite these issues, the product fits well on various guitar models and the black color adds a unique look. While some customers noticed improved intonation and sound, others did not experience any significant improvement. Overall, it is recommended to avoid this product.
