The pan comes with a recipe that calls for 3 cups of flour, which yields 10 buns. The pan is stackable, and nothing sticks to it. Some customers have voiced concerns about the pan potentially leaching aluminum into the food, but this has not been confirmed or denied. One tip for using this pan is to turn the buns over to slice them 3/4 of the way through the top centers and all the way through the troughs to separate the individual rolls.
