Flex-a-lite Electric Controls Editorial Review

The Flex-a-lite 31163 Variable Speed Control Module with Threaded Temperature Sensor is a great option for customizing the control of your efan. It is easy to install and works as intended. The variable speed feature allows for a gradual ramp up in fan speed, reducing amp draw from startup. However, the connections to the controller are not watertight, which could be improved.
