The product works amazingly well for most customers, and it also comes in a pack of two for an affordable price. The product is a normally closed thermal switch that automatically opens the circuit when the temperature rises above 95°C and closes the circuit when the temperature drops back down. This functionality makes it ideal for use in various home appliances like RV refrigerators, water heaters, and A/V cabinets. While the product works well for most customers, some experienced issues with the thermal switch. One customer complained that the switch did not work as expected when he introduced it in an A/V cabinet setup. When plugged in, the fan connected to the switch stayed on Constantly instead of turning on only when the temperature reached 80°C. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer support from the company, the customer had to purchase a new brand to get the desired results.
