This product is a set of fidget spinners which can be bought in bulk. They are approximately 3 inches in diameter and are made of plastic with metal circles. According to the FAQ section and reviews, they can come individually wrapped or in a single box. They are not very high quality as most of the plastic ones were cracked or broken upon arrival. Some of them also had rust on them which could not be used. However, the metal ones are okay, but the plastic ones break easily, even with appropriate care. One buyer used these spinners for a Halloween project and they were very popular with kids, especially for the Teal Pumpkin project. Another buyer bought them for a birthday party and the kids loved them. However, many buyers reported that a large percentage of their order (over 50%) was broken or unusable, and designs differed from what was advertised. Some buyers also reported that the company did not allow returns. Overall, these spinners are not highly recommended due to their poor quality. **
