The controller is well designed with an aluminum PCB which makes it durable. One reviewer has raised an issue with the reliability of the product as one half of the controller stopped working after only 6 months. The customer service provided by Flipsky was not satisfactory. However, another reviewer has had none of these problems. They have used Vesc controllers from various vendors including Flipsky and have found this to be one of the best controllers they’ve used.
