    отговор: Not sure if you can cut it, but when I did mine, I unpinned my plugs and ran them thru. Then re pinned the plug on the other side. You could also just cut the wires and solder them back together.

    отговор: Aluminum. I mounted it for a light bar on my jeep. Sealed up quite nicely.

    отговор: This comes with no pre made holes. You have drill the holes in the rubber yourself. Therefore you can simply only drill one hole and populate that.

    отговор: I believe so. The data sheet shows a max cable OD of 15mm(.59") and 2/0 cable should be around 13.34mm(.523"). You drill your own hole through the rubber seal and you will only be able to fit the cable and insulation through...not a complete assembly with a lug.

    отговор: I think the cables will pass through but not the connectors themselves without modifying the rubber plug. I cut cables and spliced when I had to do things like that.
