Do these flowers grow year after year?

Most of the seeds in the pack will only grow for one season (annuals). The foxglove is a biennial which means it grows over 2 years, first year just leaves and it flowers in the second year. This and others like poppy may self seed at the end of the summer.

Are the seeds in individual packs or just all together in one?

They are all in little individual plastic packets with the seed type stamped on. Packaged well.

Do these come as individual packets for each variety?

Yes, there are 22 different little pouches with all varieties separated.

I'm planning to give this to someone in Pakistan where the temperature might reach 40 degrees in summers. Should I be getting this?

Most will survive in high temperatures with adequate shade and plentiful watering. Check export shipment rules on seeds before sending.

No, they are not Winter flowers. However, very good value - sow seeds in early Spring for Summer flowering.

On the packets they are all sown by the end of May. However, advice from many allotmenteers say you can get away with sowing up until early July. Your preference really.

This is not wildflower seed you just spread on the garden. These are seeds you put into pots then transplant into pots or flower beds.

Do these seeds work with a hydroponics system?

The seeds are no different to single seed packets, so they should germinate. You won't know for sure until you try it. I would think they would grow.
