PTC technology unlike traditional heating elements that use a resistance wire, use ceramic stones. These ceramic stones are manufactured to heat up to a around 65 degrees and then maintain that temperature by reducing the power used. Initially the element will use 300 watts of power until the rail reaches its’ designed operating temperature of 65°
  • TECHNICAL INFORMATION: CE aproved and IP55 rated which means they can be used in Zone 2 in a bathroom: Power 300w, Requires a 3 amp fused Spur, Element length 250mm Standard 1/2" bsp thread, 1m long power lead
