Streamlight Standard Torches Editorial Review
The Streamlight MicroStream is a compact and lightweight flashlight that offers a bright light for its size. It is highly versatile and can be easily clipped to a baseball cap for hands-free use during DIY projects or other activities in low-light conditions. The flashlight comes with an S clip which allows it to be attached to the peak of a cap. Some customers have praised the performance and functionality of the MicroStream, stating that it is a fantastic pocket torch for the price. Its battery life is decent, and the 45 lumens output is sufficient for most tasks. They also appreciate the simplicity of the design and its lightweight nature. However, there are a few negative comments about the product. Some users have criticized the stiffness of the tail button, making it difficult to press. This issue has been mentioned by multiple reviewers and is seen as a design flaw that renders the flashlight almost useless. One reviewer even stated that they are giving away their MicroStream or throwing it in the bin due to this problem. Overall, the Streamlight MicroStream is a reliable and compact flashlight that provides a bright light for its size. It is suitable for small tasks and situations where a powerful flashlight is not required. However, the issue with the stiff tail button may be a significant drawback for some users.
